I am so excited that Holly from Fourth Grade Flipper has her Tried It Tuesday linky back up again! This is the time of year that I am always trying something new.
This week I am linking up something I tried last year that didn't work like I thought they would. So, I perfected it, I hope!
A friend of mine showed me this wonderful idea. Last year I did this with Expo Markers, but it just didn't work too well. I put the pom poms on the cap, but the kids couldn't put the cap on the back of the marker, thus losing the cap many times!
This year, I purchased some markers where the top just goes on the back of the marker like a pen. Here is what I did. It is so simple and easy to use!
First I hot glued the pom poms onto the tops of the dry erase markers.
Then I put the top on the end of the markers.
I wrote on my board and erased. Perfect!
So, what have you tried lately? Link up with Holly or just go see what everyone else is up to!

That is so clever! Now, the students have pom when they are writing instead of having to find the cap! Thank you so much for sharing and linking up, Andrea:)
