Our school mascot is the Little Patriot, so this was a fitting day. Many students wore red, white, and blue. It is strange to think that our sixth and some of our fifth graders were just babies at this time. Some were not even born.
As always, tears filled my eyes as I thought about all of the brave men and women on that day.
