We Scream for Fun with Digraphs

First my students worked together with the super cute ice cream cones to hear the sounds in the pictures and place them in the right places!  They had fun with this, and I really like that the pictures included the digraphs at the beginnings and ends of the words!

Then my students worked on their own to cut, color, and glue the pictures onto the ice cream cones.  Jennifer included 6 pictures, but only 4 fit on the ice cream cones.  I had my students put the two extra scoops on the side to show they did not have that digraph in the word.  Again, they loved it!
