Sick Baby Leads to....

Actually getting some stuff done!  Ginny Beth, my almost 15 month old has not been her normal bubbly self this weekend.  We missed church, took her to the doctor, only to find out she is getting her molars!  She slept most of the day, so I go a lot of stuff done!  I made a new Jimmy Buffett mix CD (I only have 5 now.), helped Zack with his make-up work from Friday, had lunches done before dinner, and still had time to watch some HGTV.

I did finally get my second book made with the graphics from The 3AM Teacher.  It is called Little Pig Goes to the Zoo.  It is on sale now for half price at my Teachers Pay Teachers store.  Check it out by clicking on the picture below.

I had some more fun today looking at various blogs.  That hour nap this morning and three hour nap for the baby did me some good!  I found this wonderful blog All Students Can Shine today who is getting ready to have her own baby.  She is having a giveaway that I wanted to share.  She is counting down the days and teaming up with others to give away some great goodies.  Check it out!

Speaking of giveaways!  I need some followers!  When I get to 10 followers on both my TPT store and my blog, I will have a contest to give away one item of your choice from my TPT store!  So, come on over and follow me!
Tomorrow it is back to work for another week!  My sweet first graders are on a field trip, so I won't see them tomorrow.  I am looking forward to some time to get some paperwork done!  Until then!

  1. Hi Andrea!

I love your sweet blog! I am your newest follower.

I hope your baby girl feels better soon (getting those molars are rough on Mom and baby).

    Have a great week!
Stop by and visit when you get a chance.

  2. Thanks, Krista! She was up and down most of the night, but I have to go on into work and muddle through. I stopped by this morning and am now your newest follower!

  3. Thanks for following me!! I now follow you!! Cute blog!!

  4. I now follow your blog too

  5. Your baby is growing up Andrea! But I’m sure those growing molars make your angel fussier. Poor girl. Her gums are swollen and she may be in a lot of pain. But don't worry, the swelling usually just lasts 3 to 5 days until the tooth breaks into the skin. What you need to do is gently rub your baby girl's gum using your finger or a cold teething ring for about two minutes. Many babies find this soothing though they may protest at first.
