Weight Watchers. And that is the other part of my motivation. I was paying to lose weight, and I don't want to do that again. But it was worth it, and I feel great!
Not only is my energy much higher, but I don't have elevated blood pressure or health problems I had before. That in itself is so worth it!
And it really helps to have a good book to read on my Nook while I am on the treadmill. There are some mornings I can't wait to get up and read the next little bit of the book!
